He has been engaged in plastic surgery since 1997, focusing on clinical practice and specializing in surgery. He has introduced multiple practical techniques that were the first of their kind in the province. From 2007 to 2008, he completed further training in the Department of Plastic Surgery at Shanghai Ninth People's Hospital, studying under several renowned plastic surgery experts. He obtained a master's degree in 2009 and has visited Singapore, South Korea, and the United States for academic exchanges.
